1. Print the Weekly Household Reset
It is one page. Meals, groceries, laundry, two cleaning priorities and the kids' diary. Fill it in on a Sunday and the rest of the week stops being a series of small decisions made at 6pm.
2. Fix the grocery shop first
Groceries are the biggest controllable cost in most South African households, and the easiest to fix without anyone feeling deprived. Plan five suppers, not seven. Shop once. Keep a standing list of the things you always run out of.
Two trips a week costs you roughly double in impulse buys, not double in petrol.

3. Pick two cleaning priorities, not ten
A routine you can finish beats a routine that looks thorough. Two rooms, thirty minutes, done. The rest waits for next week and nothing bad happens.
4. Join the Monday email
One practical system, one money-saving idea, one family meal and one recommendation. That's it.
